TERMS OF SERVICE
1 ◆ Payment (!!IMPORTANT!!):
・ I will not start your commission until I receive full payment.
・ Payment via PayPal for USD.
・ When paying via PayPal, if you chose "Paying for item or services" type, please charge extra fee to PayPal (+4.6% of the payment).
2 ◆ REFUNDING (!!IMPORTANT!!):
・You can request a full refund when:
- During sketching stage or sketch-color stage (applied to full-rendered commission)
- During rough sketch stage (applied to sketch-only commission)
- My personal reason that doesn't apply to the ToS (part no.3)
・You can only request a 50% refund when:
- After approving sketch-color stage (applied to full-rendered commission)
- After approving the final version (applied to sketch-only commission)
・You can NOT request a refund when:
- After receiving the full version of the commission. You can only request fixing small details.
3 ◆ I WILL NOT PROVIDE SERVICE:
If the request includes:
・Furry, gore, cyborg/machine.
・Character Kokushibo/Michikatsu Tsugikuni and Himejima Gyomei from the manga Demon Slayer.
・Complexities that goes beyond my ability.
If during the proccess:
・I receive offensive comments from you.
・Happens any conflicts related to the service that both parties cannot resolve.
・I feel uncomfortable when working with you.
4. ◆ Charge additional fee mentioned (!!IMPORTANT):
・ Private or commercial commissions will charge a 20% fee (will not applied to the commission that costs less than 25$).
・ If you require a major change at an advanced stage of the painting (e.g. change pose), I may charge a 10% extra (editing small details is comfortable).
・Background included: from 5$ (which can be increased depending on the complexity)
・After approving the sketch-color stage, any major fixing/changing request will cost from 10$. After receiving the full artwork, I won't receive any major fixing/changing, any fixing details will cost 5$/each
・ The price listed here is the base price and depending on the complexity of your character, the price is subject to change.
◆ What not to do with your commission:
・ Claim the artwork as yours.
・ Feed the artwork to AI (If your action got exposed, I will public your contact information as a warning to other artists)
◆ As the artist, I have the right to:
・ Post the final art on any social media. This includes the commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/pages, commission sheets, etc. (you can order me to attach watermark)
・ Modify, edit, and repurpose unpaid or cancelled commissioned pieces.
・ Claim the commissioned piece as my own work.
◆ Other:
・ I only paint according to my artstyle.
・ You will receive the sketch and the sketch-color stages during the process, but feel free to ask me for updates whenever you want to.
・ If you break any T.O.S you'll be permanently blacklisted (the blacklist will be public to warn other artists).
・ You pay for the request >> I give the sketch-stage >> You approve the sketch >> I give the sketch-color stage >> You approve the sketch-color >> I complete it and hand it back to you.
・ By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service.
